• Provide customer service support via phone

• Resolve inquiries using established processes

• Document interactions accurately

• Maintain performance standards throughout certification and production

Requirements

What You Should Know Before Applying

• This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity

• Certification attendance is mandatory

• Startup and equipment requirements apply

• Missing certification or performance benchmarks may result in removal

Technical & Workspace Requirements

• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace

• Wired high-speed internet

• Windows-based PC (no Mac or Chromebook)

• USB headset required prior to start

Pay Structure

• Contract rates typically range $12–$15/hour , depending on program

• Advancement opportunities are performance-based, not guaranteed
