Understanding the key differences between a 1099 independent contractor and a W-2 employee is crucial. A 1099 contractor is self-employed and responsible for their own taxes, while a W-2 employee receives employee benefits and has taxes withheld by their employer. Being an independent contractor gives you liberties like setting your schedule. We recruit you as an agent, but you are not employed by us. You will be responsible for your own equipment.
1099 Contractor Pay
With higher payouts, 1099 contractors handle their taxes independently. Unlike traditional employees, no taxes are deducted from your payments. You'll need to manage and save for federal, state, and self-employment taxes throughout the year.

We contract with agents within the United States, with the EXCEPTION of: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.
General Equipment Requirements
Each client will have their own specific equipment requirements but these are the general details
Some clients may require less than 16 GB RAM - Please make sure to take note of the client's requirements.
You will have to take a tech scan per client chosen.
