Being an independent contractor gives you liberties like setting your schedule. We recruit you as an agent, but you are not employed by us. You will be responsible for your own equipment.

With higher payouts, 1099 contractors handle their taxes independently. Unlike traditional employees, no taxes are deducted from your payments. You'll need to manage and save for federal, state, and self-employment taxes throughout the year.
