 Outside of recruiting for our work-from-home opportunities, we do the following:

In this process, we carefully pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet the client’s requirements, and then the confidential client conducts the official interview to make the final hiring decision.

 Freelance Recruitment focuses on short-term or project-based roles. Applicants are matched with assignments that fit their skills and availability, offering flexibility while still benefiting from our pre-screening process before the confidential client’s interview stage.
